I am originally from New York, however Georgia has been my home for the last 20 years. In fact, my husband and I just celebrated our 20th year of marriage with our 2 adult children.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Master of Art in Community Counseling.

As a licensed clinical therapist, I provide individual and couples therapy to adolescents and adults who need support in overcoming life's challenges. I utilize cognitive-behavioral principles, among others, to treat a wide range of mental health issues, including: self-esteem issues, depression, interpersonal conflict, loss, trauma, anxiety and relationship difficulties.

What I value most in my work is my ability to create an environment that fosters an authentic connection with my clients so that we can work collaboratively to determine their needs, establish goals, and achieve those goals.

Please feel free to email me with any questions or to set up a time to talk a little bit more about your situation.
