I'd like to start by telling you a little about myself. I've been married for 11 years, was adopted at 6 months old, and have one older adopted brother as well from a different family. I've located most of biological family including 5 siblings and one Aunt with exception to my birth father. My birth mother had already passed away before I was old enough (according to the State of Georgia) to search for her. I enjoy working with my husband on the farm and love to garden, play the piano and guitar (both by ear), as well as decorate for the holidays.

Practice methods
My foundation is in the Cognitive Behavioral Treatment model. For more information on how this model can help you and other resources available please visit http://nacbt.org/whatiscbt.aspx. In addition, should we agree to proceed with treatment/counseling I firmly believe in combining other treatment methods that include solutions and balance of social, spiritual, environmental, and physical aspects of functioning. By exploring these along with development of specific treatment goals, there is a greater chance of successful outcomes. I look forward to working with you and please let me know if you have any questions.
